About the Position

We are looking for a confident, experienced High-Ticket B2B Sales Closer to help us grow by converting qualified business owners into long-term clients.

You will lead consultative sales calls with U.S.-based entrepreneurs, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how our services can help them reclaim time, improve efficiency, and build stronger businesses.

Most of your sales opportunities will come from company-generated leads and pre-booked appointments. Your focus will be on running exceptional sales conversations, closing new business, and following up with prospects who have not yet converted.

This is not a role for someone who simply memorizes a sales script. We need a business-minded salesperson who can think on their feet, confidently guide conversations, handle objections, and sell based on real business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-ticket B2B sales calls with qualified, primarily inbound leads.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand prospects' operational challenges, goals, and buying motivations.
• Present our services as solutions to specific business problems and confidently guide prospects toward a decision.
• Handle objections, negotiate appropriately, and close new client agreements.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other approved channels.
• Proactively contact unbooked leads and existing CRM opportunities to generate additional appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up activities.
• Track sales performance, including close rates, cash collected, and pipeline opportunities.
• Submit daily end-of-day reports summarizing closed deals, lost opportunities, and next steps.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, call reviews, and relevant team activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and the sales support team to improve messaging, conversion rates, and the client experience.
• Support a smooth transition from sales to client onboarding when needed.

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of professional sales experience , including at least 2 years in high-ticket sales .
• Proven B2B sales experience , ideally selling services to business owners or decision-makers.
• Experience selling agency or professional services , such as marketing, recruiting, staffing, business consulting, outsourced operations, or similar offerings.
• Demonstrated success closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to discuss operational challenges with entrepreneurs.
• Confident, engaging presence on video and phone calls.
• Comfortable independently managing sales conversations from discovery through close.
• Experience maintaining CRM records, follow-ups, and sales performance reporting.
• Willingness to receive coaching, review recorded calls, and continuously improve.
• Ability to prioritize this role as your primary professional commitment.
• Availability to cover 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time , with flexibility as sales demand evolves.
• Reliable primary and backup internet connections and a professional remote calling setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling recurring agency retainers or outsourced business services.
• Experience selling to U.S.-based small business owners.
• Background in marketing agencies, staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or business operations consulting.
• Experience selling through Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working directly with founders or in a fast-growing agency.
• Experience improving sales processes, scripts, follow-up sequences, or conversion rates.
