About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Health System Sales to lead and coach its existing sales team, while also personally managing the largest and most strategic health system relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant net-new revenue, with a focus on both acquiring new clients and expanding within existing accounts. This role requires a true player-coach profile, with a proven track record of selling to multiple C-suite personas within a health system and fluency in both inpatient and ambulatory dynamics. The SVP will be expected to multi-thread strategic deals across the C-suite, build and pitch economic cases for managed DME programs, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts. A builder's mindset and experience in SaaS and services sales are essential, and a background in healthcare strategy or advisory consulting is a plus. Applicants for the SVP of Health System Sales position at the company should have a strong background in healthcare IT sales, with a focus on digital health and care transition. The role demands a leader who can not only meet sales targets but also influence product and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, remote-first organization and will be a key representative at executive briefings, industry events, and with strategic partners. A collaborative approach is essential, as the SVP will partner closely with the CRO, CEO, and CFO. The position is pivotal in the company's mission to streamline the delivery of durable medical equipment to patients, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the platform meets the needs of a large and established network of healthcare providers and suppliers.
