About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy that is in line with the organization's mission and growth objectives. The CPO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing enterprise leadership across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, and succession, as well as fostering a culture of engagement and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have led HR strategy in a multisite healthcare or complex service organization. The role requires a strategic and business-minded leader with a proven track record in transformational initiatives, organizational change, and a deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development. Key responsibilities for the CPO include partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure that human capital strategies support the organization's performance and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading workforce planning, organizational design, and talent forecasting, as well as overseeing enterprise talent acquisition and development programs. The CPO will also champion a culture that reflects the organization's values, promote exceptional employee and client experiences, and ensure that total rewards and performance management programs are competitive and aligned with the organization's objectives. Personal attributes of the ideal candidate include being a strategic and business-minded leader with strong operational execution capabilities, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in all organizational matters.
