Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate CNC Milling HAAS Machine
- Loads starting material into machine and unloads machined part from machine
- Deburrs Parts as necessary for Inspection and Safety
- Adjusts tool offsets and other machine offsets such as fixture offsets, cutter comp
- Aligns and secures cutting tools into tool holders and then installs tool assemblies on machines blueprints
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Good attention to detail
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 3:30pm to 11:00pm
The pay $35.00 an hour based on experience
