Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
• Prior experience working in elementary and/or secondary school settings
• Ability to deliver onsite therapy services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, families, and students

• Dedication to empowering students with diverse abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to students grades K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP and 504 plans

• Conduct routine assessments and progress reports to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
