About The Role EMS is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent / Telefonischer Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) to join our team in Munich. This full-time role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring our clients receive exceptional support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and web chat. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers with product inquiries, provide technical and administrative support, and contribute to the smooth operation of our sales processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with diverse personalities, leveraging your communication skills and technical knowledge to foster positive relationships. You will work closely with various departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications A completed commercial education, such as industrial clerk, office management clerk, or similar, with a preference for candidates with a background in medical or technical fields. Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory; motivated quereinsteiger (career changers) are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enjoyment of customer contact and the ability to understand and respond to varying customer needs. Reliability, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy in handling administrative tasks. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent communication skills in German and good command of English. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, WhatsApp, or web chat. Address customer inquiries regarding our products, offering technical support and product information to enhance user experience. Represent EMS professionally, embodying the company's values and commitment to quality in every interaction. Manage the administrative aspects of sales, including order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) and inventory management systems accurately and efficiently. Collaborate closely with sales, technical support, logistics, and other departments to coordinate efforts and resolve customer issues. Participate in projects or take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the department management, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
