What You'll Do
- Lead multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership
- Oversee procurement, subcontractors, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- 7+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience
- Strong background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
- Proven success managing large commercial construction projects
- Ability to lead teams and influence project outcomes
- Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
