This includes assessment, treatment planning, supervising implementation, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans Ensure all supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each month Evaluate patients to identify skills deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised protocols Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Primarily work physically within the center to support technicians and observe best practices Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust protocols based on data Update treatment plans at least once per month, based upon patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client authorized billable hours per month, inclusive of supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregivers as part of the treatment team, evidenced by consistent caregiver collaboration meetings Interact with payers in a collaborative, professional, thorough, and informative manner Engage with payers as needed for funding meetings (IEP, peer reviews) Stay up to date on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times Partner consistently and effectively with other center leadership (Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, etc.) Other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Empathetic, compassionate, and able to maintain strict confidentiality Collaborative team player with a positive, solution‑focused attitude Independent problem‑solver with strong clinical judgment Effective communicator in both verbal and written formats Excellent time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to use new computer systems and iPads Desire to continuously learn and develop skillsets Willingness to work in a variety of locations (center, patient home, etc.) Willingness to work with a variety of patients Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Must pass tuberculosis test Proficiency in English, written and verbal Work Environment Treatment may occur in the patient’s home, CARD center, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors work both indoors and outdoors and may move between locations throughout the day. Environments may be subject to loud or excessive noise.
