Customer Service Department Supervisor

Duties: improve service quality and operations efficiency; guide and train clients; handle/resolve client requests; assist staff with difficult or complicated duties; enter/review customer order data for processing; generate/monitor daily order tracking reports; generate/track daily report on orders sent for processing; inform, manage, resolve missing order info with customers. Reqs: 48 mos. exp. as customer service rep./analyst, sales consultant/assistant/analyst, or data entry analyst; exp. in optical industry; Spanish fluency.
