Sr Product Owner

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will join an existing Agile team to provide guidance and leadership for ongoing, initiative-funded and business-driven application changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, capable of translating business goals into actionable plans for the development team. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and leadership for an Agile team on ongoing initiatives Translate business plans and policies into specific goals, tactics, and requirements Lead an Agile team as needed Meet aggressive deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities and competing priorities Maintain open communication channels and drive decisions across multiple teams and partners Think strategically and analytically to comprehend the big picture while maintaining focus on individual requirements Requirements: Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role Knowledge and experience in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and business acumen Experience working with product partners and application development teams Sound experience with Agile methodologies and Jira Proven ability to translate business plans into actionable plans Desired skills: Product Owner/Product Management SAFe Agile Certifications Experience with Agile tools like Jenkins Pay range: $64.02 - $72.02 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
