Our Community Life team come from a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. We are looking for incredibly talented people who can plan and execute a well-rounded, refined program that will give our residents the opportunity to continue to thrive, no matter what! Our Community Life Associates will not only have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents. If you have a passion for working with seniors and you have experience as a Community Life Associate, we look forward to meeting you! The schedule for this position is: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon. from 9 am to 4 pm.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience preparing and implementing activities, preferably in Memory Care & Assisted Living settings
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
• Experience in resident programming preferred
• Passion for seniors
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
