Our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Pensacola, is seeking RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisors for Weekends 7A - 7P, 7P - 7A and an 8 hour shifts during the week.
The Supervisor job functions are:
- Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
- Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
- Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
- Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
- Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.
- Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
- Must possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) at time of interview
- Previous RN (Registered Nurse) experience in Long Term Care is required
- Previous Long Term Care Supervisory experience is highly preferred
