Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients in one-on-one therapy sessions to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Utilize prevention-oriented therapy practices to empower clients in their mental health journey, focusing on resilience and coping strategies.
• Implement, monitor, and periodically review treatment plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of each client.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers and agencies to enhance the holistic care provided to your client base.
• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and organized manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain an accurate caseload with comprehensive session notes for each client interaction.
• Actively participate in staff meetings to foster communication and share best practices within the team.
• Contribute to the positive culture of our practice, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. You will provide therapy to individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to apply a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related discipline is essential.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster strong client relationships and accurate documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient therapy and those familiar with holistic or integrative therapy approaches. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefits:
