Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their needs and preferences.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, using established techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking their progress and making refinements to treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or who prefer virtual services due to time constraints.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation to adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring that client records are managed with confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with emerging therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population primarily consists of adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated ability to implement various therapeutic modalities effectively.

• Prior involvement in teletherapy or remote counseling services is advantageous due to the nature of the position.
