Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate emotional support and facilitate care coordination services that connect clients with necessary resources.
• Assist pediatric patients in navigating complex medical, behavioral health, and educational systems, ensuring that families feel supported and informed during their journeys.
• Develop and implement office screening and treatment protocols for children facing mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, and learning disabilities.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring that records are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and integrate best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families struggling with a variety of mental health issues. Your role will involve providing therapeutic services that help clients address their troubles and foster personal growth, enabling effective interventions that enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field.
• Active and valid licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practices in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
