Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) to track client progress effectively.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions that promote insight into their experiences, emotions, and personal relationships.
• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and promote the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with various mental health issues, aiming to improve their quality of life through skilled assessment and treatment. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Proficiency with computers and telehealth platforms is essential for effective client management.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience conducting remote therapy, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and a proven track record of engaging with diverse populations will excel in this role.
