Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with early childhood or preschool students preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based assessment and intervention strategies
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to early childhood/preschool students
• Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation according to state and school requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insight to support student growth
