Job Details Position: Restaurant Manager Location: 3980 Rivertown Mall Path, Grandville, MI 49418, United States Employment Type: Full Time Date Posted: 06/26/2026 Job Overview As a Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane’s, you will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold company standards and culture, and manage shift responsibilities within a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift. Act as manager on duty; open and close the restaurant. Manage cash handling and maintain accountability. Enforce policies and standards; execute safe and efficient shift management. Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action. Direct crew members during a shift. Provide exemplary customer service. Utilize reward and recognition programs for crew members. Authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, time‑clock overrides). Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may change constantly. Self‑driven, flexible, highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective and efficient working both independently and collaboratively. Problem‑solving: recognize problems, set goals, execute plans, and convert actions to solutions. Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems. Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for training. Must complete all Raising Cane’s company training programs. One or more years of restaurant or retail management experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
