General Manager - Restaurant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and company policies. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service techniques, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols. Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Implement staff scheduling, conduct interviews for hiring new team members, and lead staff training & development initiatives. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food service management. Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures. Demonstrated culinary experience with food preparation, cooking skills, and kitchen management expertise. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams, managing shifts, and training staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly. Deep understanding of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations.
