Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Job TitleLocation: Boston Logan International AirportShift: 2nd (Flexible hours)Pay: $80,000-$100,000Job ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safetyDevelop and maintain positive client relationshipConflict resolution and solution analysisProvides contract compliance management and quality controlResponsible for JLL Engineering compliance programPreparation of detailed budgets for operationsPreparation of regular and ad-hoc reportsAny and all other duties and tasks assignedMinimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent3 years of relevant experience, 4 years preferredStrong technical knowledge of building systems, data centers, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.Experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databasesExcellent communication – written and verbalRegular and predictable attendance in order to support the needs of the business and clientMust have valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass background checkThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Expected compensation for this position: 80,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year.
