Represent the company and promote the insurance industry within the community. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licensure: Property/Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain one. Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales pipeline management, and client relationship management. Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable. Skills: Strong networking and prospecting abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and centers of influence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
