Accounts Payables SpecialistAccounts Payables SpecialistLocation: Hershey, PAType: ContractWork Model: OnsiteHours: Full-time 40 hours/week M – F 8 am – 4:30 pm (onsite)ResponsibilitiesOpening/sorting US mail for AP Dept, then scanning for AP to process.Contact suppliers to switch them over from US mail to E-mailing invoicesReviewing back-log of supplier statements to identify outstanding invoices that we may not have received.Contact suppliers to obtain outstanding invoices.Reviewing/Approving Employee Expense reports in PeopleSoft systemRunning budget checks and processes in prep for payment.System clean-up of PeopleSoft expense reportsWork with backlog of reports entered but not finished /submittedReview/audit vehicle titlesPA EZpass notifications - log in to pay from EZ pass account.
