As a National Sales Manager, you will drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and deliver impactful cross-platform campaigns across linear TV, streaming, and advanced advertising. Your leadership and vision will help clients navigate a rapidly evolving media landscape, making a lasting impact on Spectrum’s continued growth. How You’ll Make An Impact Lead national advertising initiatives that sell multi-market campaigns and elevate Spectrum’s brand Guide clients and agencies through complex media environments across linear TV, streaming, and advanced advertising Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with agencies and brands to expand business opportunities Utilize industry knowledge to articulate client strategies and drive positive results Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term success Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting sales leads Collaborate with agency partners to deliver innovative advertising solutions Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years of media sales experience Skills Communication Leadership Negotiation Collaboration Sales Abilities Relationship building Sales lead conversion Managing deadlines and priorities Developing new businesses Preferred Qualifications/Experience 2+ years of national sales experience within the industry 2+ years of management or leadership experience
