Client Coordinator role available in the Reno, NV area working at our client location.

This is a temporary to potential direct hire opportunity with a pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00 an hour. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

As a Client Coordinator/Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted business partner to clients by providing exceptional day-to-day support and helping ensure every interaction reflects commitment to service. Working closely with the company's Client Relationship Managers (outside sales representatives), clients, and internal departments, the person in this role will help coordinate the details that keep the clients' business running smoothly.

Duties for the client coordinator position:

• Build strong working relationships with clients by understanding their business, purchasing history, and ongoing needs.
• Serve as a reliable business partner by providing responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service.
• Support an assigned Client Relationship Manager by providing exceptional service to their portfolio of clients.
• Help identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions that support clients' businesses.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer information and documentation.
• Manage a high volume of emails across multiple accounts while prioritizing requests and responding promptly.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks that support the Client Coordinator department.

Qualifications for the client coordinator position:

• Must have excellent communication skills; including written, verbal, and via phone.
• Must have exceptional computer skills.
