Foreman Position
Are you a natural leader with a strong background in exterior construction? We're seeking a Foreman to oversee roofing and exterior projects in the greater Fargo-Moorhead area. This hands-on role offers a chance to lead skilled crews, maintain high-quality standards, and keep projects moving on time and on budget. If you're ready to be the go-to on-site leader, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading daily job site operations with professionalism and precision
- Setting production goals and tracking progress throughout the week
- Overseeing material delivery and staging, ensuring accuracy and readiness
- Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining clean, efficient job sites
- Communicating consistently with the project manager and resolving field issues as needed
- Documenting change orders, job progress, and project milestones
- Mentoring and training team members while maintaining a positive crew environment
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in construction or roofing is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with basic computer/email proficiency
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and safety-focused
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on-site
- Willingness to travel for projects as needed
