Role Description The Commercial Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on generating new commercial business, managing a sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with real estate attorneys, lenders, brokers, and investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating closely with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The specialist will regularly meet with clients in person and virtually, maintain detailed records in the CRM, and track market trends to identify new opportunities. Collaboration with management to set sales goals, develop territory plans, and participate in local networking events is also a key part of the role. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and New Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets. Ability to deliver effective Sales Presentations, tailored to varied commercial real estate audiences. Strong Customer Service skills, focused on responsiveness, follow-through, and building long-term client relationships. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in title, escrow, or commercial real estate services is highly beneficial. Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to manage pipelines, contacts, and reporting. Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
