What You’ll Do:  

• Meet with qualified leads booked by the office and walk them through backup power options. 

• Explain generator sizing, features, pricing, and accessories in a way homeowners can actually understand. 

• Put together clear, professional proposals and handle follow-ups. 

• Keep your schedule organized and stay on top of follow-ups. 

• Hit monthly sales goals by working on your pipeline and building relationships. 

• Find new opportunities through referrals, networking, and light prospecting. 
  

What We’re Looking For:  

• A great communicator who listens well, asks good questions, and builds trust with homeowners. 

• Someone who’s mechanically curious and likes understanding how things work. No generator experience is needed. We’ll train you. 

• A driven, self-motivated person who enjoys hitting goals and pushing themselves to grow. 

• Organized and independent, able to manage their schedule and follow-ups without hand‑holding. 

Job Benefits:

• Competitive salary paid weekly $55,000 - $65,000 + uncapped monthly bonuses based on quantity of units sold
