Asset Management - Proposal & Information Management (PIM) - Associate

As a Proposal & Information Management Associate, you will support Private Markets and Alternatives Investment product teams, to gain panoramic‑to‑deep command of Asset Management, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) across investment desks, sales, compliance, risk, legal, and operations to craft tailored responses for diverse clients. This role specifically focuses on Private Markets and other Alternatives products that J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) offers. You’ll gain a broad overview, and, over time, develop deep product knowledge across JPMAM Alternatives product offerings. Job responsibilitiesDeliver high-quality content and solutions for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Operational Due Diligence Questionnaires (ODDs). The primary duties include creating accurate, compelling, and client-focused responses, and overseeing the production and internal distribution of both draft and final versions of the questionnairesCollaboration with Sales teams, Investment Specialists, Client Account Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Trading, and other departments is essential, built on strong, effective, two-way working relationshipsMaintain and organize investment language within the internally developed content library, known as the Info Request Library (IRL). Utilize our AI enabled tool – Authoring to create drafts and train the tool simultaneously. Adhere to approved review, compliance, and record-keeping proceduresImplement demand governance procedures to control and improve the production and success rates of RFPs completed by the teamDemonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ differing needs and sophistication levels to craft appropriate responsesCollaboration with colleagues in JPMAM offices globally is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to delivering high-quality content and solutionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsThe ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with strong numeracy and the ability to tailor responses to client questions and create new written materialThe candidate must be responsive to client demands, able to work under pressure, and flexible enough to meet tight deadlines. Confidence in working directly with stakeholders at all levels is crucial to ensure their RFP service needs are metThe ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
