Senior Maintenance Technician

Senior Maintenance Technician Adecco is partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Mills River area to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician. This role supports plant operations through hands‑on mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance, while helping lead troubleshooting efforts across production equipment. What You’ll Do Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Interpret technical drawings and schematics Support repairs and mentor junior maintenance techs Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects Work independently with limited supervision Support equipment installs, rebuilds, and overhauls What You Need High school diploma or technical/industrial training Licensed Millwright or equivalent hands‑on experience 2–4 years of skilled maintenance experience Ability to read codes, schematics, and technical documents Familiarity with common industrial controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills What Our Client Offers Highly competitive salary Tremendous benefits package Long‑term stability and career growth If you’re interested, please apply directly to View email address on click.appcast.io.
