Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress toward their treatment goals, adjusting strategies and goals as required to ensure effective interventions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and supportive services for clients in distress, ensuring their immediate emotional safety and stability.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, employing secure electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure comprehensive, holistic client care.
