Key Responsibilities for the Project Administrator:
• Manage billing processes, AR/AP, and support monthly close activities
• Set up and maintain job records, including purchase orders and documentation
• Partner with project managers to support reporting and project execution
• Ensure accurate contract invoicing and resolve discrepancies
• Compile and analyze financial reports using Excel and Viewpoint Spectrum

Qualifications for the Project Administrator:
• 2-4 years of accounting experience (AR/AP, billing, or similar)
• Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or project environment
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization
