Tier 2/3 Deskside Support Engineer - Federal
RIVA Solutions
RIVA Solutions is looking for a Deskside Support Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 technical support and system administration for NTIA users. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, managing endpoint systems, and working closely with IT operations and cybersecurity teams.
