Payroll Administrator Roseville, MN (Onsite) $60,000 – $75,000/year Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a hands- on role where you can take ownership of the payroll process? We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving payroll issues, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. What You’ll Be Doing Process weekly payroll for approximately 370 employees across multiple states Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, benefits, and garnishments for accuracy Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll-related changes Respond to employee and manager payroll questions Assist with payroll tax compliance and payroll reporting Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support account reconciliations Review payroll data and identify discrepancies before payroll submission Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and reporting requirements Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance What We’re Looking For 3+ years of payroll experience Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred Knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, and payroll compliance Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or similar platforms Intermediate Excel skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Preferred Paylocity experience CPP certification Accounting or payroll reconciliation experience
