You will work as part of an engineering team of 2 at an 89,000 square foot Class A office / life science building in St. Louis.Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday through Friday + rotating on-callWhat your day-to-day will look like:Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by licensing requirements)Assist in supervising and implementing the preventative maintenance programMaintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requestsAssist in providing training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of Engineering teamSupport on-call or emergency response situationsTroubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controlsComply with all safety proceduresParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsOther projects and tasks to be assignedOn-site presence requiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:3-5 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry. Experience in a life-science/lab or medical office setting preferred but not required.Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirableUniversal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)Leadership/supervisory experienceExperience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfort using ladders up to 30 feet tallAbility to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or driveStrong customer service skillsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
