We give our COTAs the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team — while helping people regain independence and reclaim the everyday activities that matter most to them. Success here isn't always measured by a discharge home; sometimes it's relearning how to get dressed, hold a fork steady, or find a new way to do something that once felt lost.
We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate, full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who wants to practice differently — one who values person-centered care, creative problem-solving, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Responsibilities
Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs
Design and implement interventions to improve activities of daily living, cognitive function, and overall well-being
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and long-term independence

Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
