Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our dynamic administration team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Director in managing daily operations of the assisted living community

- Support staff supervision, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

- Oversee resident care services to maintain high standards of quality and safety

- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency

- Assist in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation

- Promote a positive, resident-centered environment and uphold company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in assisted living, healthcare administration, or a related field

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline preferred

Starting at 80k per year
