At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.The Contracts & Insurance Analyst will support the Senior Manager of Contracts & Insurance in providing support to Sourcing, Legal, and Risk Management teams related to contracts. This position will lead the process of contract analytics, drafting/completing basic contracts, and assist and support the implementation of the contract lifecycle management tool (CLM) to increase efficiency with the contracting process. This is an essential role that supports the agility of the supply chain contracting process.The day-to-day:Support the implementation and needs of the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, this role provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the sourcing team including maintaining detailed contract records, assisting with documentation, and coordinating effectively with key sourcing stakeholdersActively supports the drafting, redlining, and signatures of contracts related to Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements, Change Orders, Amendments, and termination letters ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the processDelivers comprehensive risk management analysis by reviewing insurance requirements, conducting gap analysis, and facilitating clear communications with supplier to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risksAnalyzes contract data, tracks key performance metrics, and delivers reports on contract compliance, risk, and opportunities helping to ensure alignment with business objectivesManage supplier probity checks including internal and external communications and escalationProvide training and guidance to internal teams on contract terms, policies, and compliance issuesAssist in performing analysis of vendor COIs during RFP phase and contract negotiation phase to determine compliance with Company standard Insurance Requirements.Collaborate with Risk Management team to create solutions to resolve disagreements with vendors around insurance and indemnity terms.The ideal candidate:Bachelor's Degree Required1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Contract Analysis and Drafting RequiredHas a certification in Paralegal or Risk ManagementHas system experience: Coupa, Oracle, Contract Lifecycle Management application, Adobe E?SignExcellent customer service skillsAbility to collaborate with others to drive positive resultsExcellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detailAbility to collaborate across organizational linesAbility to work independently and consistently demonstrate a problem-solving approach, as follow?through in the performance of all tasksProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsThe perks & benefits:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree parking on and off shiftHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community
