How You'll Make An Impact Provide operations support to internal client partners regarding fixed term and revolving credit products. Review daily audit reports, conduct research and analysis to identify root cause of issues, remediate identified issues. Understand and execute operations policies and procedures. Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve servicing issues. Review and resolve Credit Bureau Disputes, monitor and facilitate payment flow and resolve system syncing issues. Develop and maintain documentation of Controls policies and procedures to drive adoption and adherence across Prosper. Serve as a subject matter expert on operations processes, trends, and remediation efforts. Identify and communicate to leaders any situation that may require additional review or special handling. Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures. Foster a collaborative environment in which Prosper team members are encouraged to voice ideas and concerns.
