A growing community bank in Charleston, SC is seeking a Relationship Banker for a direct hire opportunity within a busy, customer-focused branch environment. This role is ideal for a banking professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and delivering accurate, friendly service without the heavy sales pressure often found in larger banking organizations.

The Relationship Banker will be part of a collaborative branch team that values teamwork, adaptability, clear communication, and dependable service. Key Responsibilities

- Process customer banking transactions accurately while providing friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers with account servicing, general banking questions, and day-to-day branch support.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Build positive customer relationships and support a welcoming community banking experience.
- Educate customers on banking products, services, and self-service tools when appropriate.
- Support branch operations, administrative tasks, fraud awareness, and compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $57,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Charleston, SC.
