Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker

Stonefield Real Estate is seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker to work directly alongside Founder & CEO Adam Yakubov.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a licensed real estate professional early in their career who wants to build a career in retail leasing while receiving direct mentorship from the owner of the company.

You'll work alongside Adam on active retail leasing assignments, gaining real-world experience in prospecting, marketing, landlord representation, property tours, negotiations, and lease execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work directly with the Founder on active leasing assignments
• Develop expertise in an assigned NYC territory
• Research properties, ownership, rents, availabilities, and market activity
• Prospect landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Participate in client meetings, property tours, pitches, and negotiations
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Build your own pipeline and take on greater responsibility as you grow

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson required.
• Ambitious and coachable
• Professional and confident speaking with new people
• Persistent, organized, and accountable
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
• Serious about building a long-term career in commercial real estate
• Prior commercial real estate experience is not required.
