Sales Operations Analyst

To enhance the productivity of the sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will manage data quality, improve sales processes, and support onboarding and enablement initiatives while collaborating closely with sales leadership and the SDR team. Key responsibilities Own data quality and governance across Go-to-Market systems, ensuring accurate Salesforce account and contact data Identify and resolve inefficiencies in sales processes, driving adoption of tools and maintaining opportunity data quality Build and maintain systems and reporting that support enablement and onboarding, helping new AEs and SDRs reach productivity faster Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics Proficiency in Salesforce as a primary CRM, including reporting and data management Experience with modern go-to-market tools, such as prospecting or enrichment platforms and sales engagement platforms Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and pivots Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially in explaining changes to sales team members
