If you're safety-focused, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do Production OperationsPrepare, inspect, label, package, and fill chemical drumsOperate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (training and certification provided)Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipmentMonitor processes and maintain accurate inventory and production recordsPerform routine cleaning and preparation of containers and equipmentTeam & Shift SupportParticipate in daily shift handoff and team meetingsFollow work assignments and established operating proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work areaCollaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goalsSafety & QualityFollow established safety procedures and quality standards at all timesWear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators and cleanroom attire, for extended periods throughout the workdayIdentify and report safety or quality concerns immediatelyParticipate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiativesSupport adherence to cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standardsWhat We're Looking For Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills and calculator proficiencyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility and willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and cleanroom garments, for extended periods of time
