RV Service TechnicianRoberson RV Center, a leading full-service RV sales and service dealership, is seeking an RV Service Technician to join our team. We specialize in top brands including Winnebago, Keystone, Jayco, Grand Design, and Elevation Park Model line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for RVs, a strong technical background, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.Wage to be discussed in the interview, varies based on experience.Job Details:Perform routine maintenance and repair work on RVs, including both mechanical and electrical systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with RVs, providing effective solutions and repairsConduct pre-delivery inspections and quality checks to ensure all RVs meet company standardsCommunicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs, provide estimates, and offer recommendationsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality serviceWork closely with other technicians and service staff to coordinate repair efforts and optimize workflowCollaborate with the service manager to prioritize and manage workloadAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentStay up-to-date with manufacturer service bulletins and industry best practicesJob Requirements:RV repair, construction or handyman experience requiredAbility to work and communicate well with peopleFriendly, patient, and team playerDependableMust be 18 years or older with a clean driving recordAbility to stand, crouch, bend, kneel and lift at least 30lbs.Benefits:401 (k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offEqual Opportunity Statement: Roberson RV Center is an equal opportunity employer.
