Operations Manager-F&B

Key Responsibilities Lead F&B operations during events across all guest-facing areas Ensure all locations are properly set, staffed, and ready prior to doors opening Monitor service flow, speed, and guest experience; resolve operational issues in real time Maintain a visible leadership presence across assigned areas Operational Readiness & Standards Oversee pre-event setup including stand readiness, equipment, product availability, and staffing Ensure adherence to standards for cleanliness, food presentation, menu accuracy, pricing, and professionalism Partner with Standards & Compliance by responding to findings, implementing corrective actions, and reinforcing expectations Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination Lead and support frontline supervisors, staff, and vendors during events; provide direction, coaching, and real-time problem-solving Partner with Culinary to ensure food is prepared correctly, delivered on time, and presented to standard Coordinate with Supply Chain on product stocking and inventory positioning; communicate with Finance on pricing or POS concerns Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Address operational breakdowns in real time and participate in post-event reviews Identify recurring challenges, contribute to solutions, and support implementation of process improvements Decision Rights & Authority Responsible for all real-time operational decisions within assigned areas during events Authorized to reallocate staff, adjust workflows, resolve service issues, and elevate critical matters to the Senior Director of Operations This role does not: override culinary standards or recipes, change pricing or menus without approval, or directly manage Standards & Compliance or Supply Chain functions.
