Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, OT as needed

About the Role:
Join our team as a Receiving Associate and play a vital role in supporting warehouse operations through processing inbound and outbound shipments. You will be responsible for physically handling freight, including receiving, storing, packing, labeling, and shipping items using barcode scanning equipment. Success in this role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety, and working collaboratively across departments to support efficient warehouse functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
• Physically receive, store, label, and ship freight following warehouse guidelines.
• Utilize barcode scanners and related equipment for inventory management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and support inventory audits.
• Cross-train in different warehouse departments to support operational flexibility.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Support order picking and packing operations as needed.
• Handle freight up to 40 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
• Aid in inventory control to ensure stock level accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours daily.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience using RF scanners for order fulfillment.
• Ability to work across different departments and be cross-trained.
• Capable of lifting and moving freight up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general warehouse operations.

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Barcode scanning equipment (RF Scanner).

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Standing for entire work shift.
• Use of basic warehouse equipment and scanning devices.
