Manages program team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Communicates program progress and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reports and updates. Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure successful program execution. Facilitates training and development opportunities for program team members. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Resolves conflicts and addresses issues that may impact program success. Engages with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Adapts program strategies to respond to changing requirements and priorities. Other duties as assigned. Coordinates cross-functional collaboration to ensure program activities are aligned with business goals. Monitors program performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Develops and manages program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Education: High School Grad/Equiv with 2 years of experience, OR Associates' degree, OR Bachelor's degree Work Experience: 1+ leadership or management experience [Preferred] 3+ years related experience [Required] 5+ years related experience [Preferred] Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements - Pay Range: $72,786.83 - $135,385.27 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
