- Partnering with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles.
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, especially for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions (e.g., CDL, operations, technical roles).
- Delivering a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and follow-through.
- Providing market insights and data to influence hiring decisions (compensation, talent availability, competitive trends).
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting diversity hiring initiatives and ensuring inclusive recruiting practices.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
- Have experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excel at stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (Workday experience preferred).
- Are locally based in the Northern IL area (Deerfield or Round Lake) and able to support onsite hiring needs as required.
- Are comfortable with occasional travel between Deerfield and Round Lake locations.
