Job Description: Job Title: Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Deerfield, IL / Round Lake, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote) Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension) Pay rate :$30-35/hr Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across manufacturing sites and corporate functional teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Candidates must be locally based near Deerfield or Round Lake and available to support onsite hiring activities as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles. • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiations. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing, operations, CDL, and technical positions. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up. • Provide market intelligence related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends to support business decisions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote inclusive recruiting practices. • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives. • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruiting systems and applicant tracking tools. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant recruiting experience. • 3+ years of experience in agency, corporate, or full-cycle recruiting. • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, production, or high-volume hiring environments. • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously. • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. • Ability to work onsite in Deerfield and Round Lake as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, CDL, skilled trades, technical, or operations roles. • Experience with Workday Recruiting. • Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills. • Ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions. • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives.
