Universal Banker

We’re looking for a passionate Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting relationships, and support daily branch operations. In this role, you’ll assist members with transactions, recommend financial products and services, and help create a positive banking experience while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards. The final position level and title will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications; candidates may be considered for a higher or lower-level role within the department. Universal Banker applicants may begin employment as a Member Specialist, depending on skills and experience. The pay range for the Universal Banker position is $22.50 to $27.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
