RN - Hematology/Oncology/BMT - Full Time Night

Role: The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides comprehensive nursing care during patients' hospital stays, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Conducts thorough assessments, develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans incorporating evidence-based practices. Administers medications, monitors patient status, documents care, and facilitates discharge planning. Collaborates with healthcare team members, responds to changes in patient conditions, and provides patient and family education. Ensures safety, infection control, and compliance with policies. Participates in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities. Provides specialized care, including pain management and abuse assessment, and supports high-risk patients with restraint protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license in applicable states, current BLS certification, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. Demonstrates excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, professionalism, and respect for patients and colleagues.
